Karlene Glanville is a Licensed Practicing Conveyancer. This means that she holds a Conveyancing License issued by the NSW Department of Fair Trading. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW and also an appointed Justice of the Peace. Karlene’s Conveyancing holds the required professional indemnity insurance approved by NSW Department of Fair Trading to ensure that her clients have this protection at all times.

Karlene undergoes rigorous, mandatory and professional ongoing training to ensure that her skills and knowledge are abreast of all the latest legal requirements.

Karlene is the mother of two adult, married children and since being remarried herself, now has three adult step children. Her life experiences allows her to empathise with people in all the various stages of their lives, from newly-weds to divorcees, new parents to retirees, first home buyers to investors.

Karlene has lived on the Central Coast since 1992. Like a lot of us, this involved commuting to Sydney for work in the early days before securing employment on the coast.

With a new husband (and new poodle- Teddy) Karlene has been able to achieve her lifetime goal of managing her own business.
